He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul G. Kaiser and Helen I. Kaiser (Stouffer); his daughter Kelly Getz; and his grandson Samuel Getz. He is survived by: his wife Connie Kaiser; his children, Lynnette Kaiser Smeznik (Ronald) of Cleveland, Chrystal Kaiser Miracle of Chambersburg, Bryan Kaiser (Jessica) of Fort Wayne and Kevin Getz (Jane Carter-Getz) of Jackon, Wyoming; his grandchildren, Matt Boyer, Chrystal Hull (Jeff), Ryan Miracle, Davis Miracle (Lindsay), Bryce Miracle, Lilian, Morgan, Brayden Kaiser and Jack Carter-Getz; his great grandchildren, Haylee, Adalynn Hull and Bowan Miracle; his siblings, Maurice Kaiser (Patricia) of Chambersburg and Barbara Petroff of Chambersburg; and his nieces, Shendelle Clapper (Kaiser), Kimberly Geissler (Kaiser) and Ruth Ann Petroff.
