She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd E. Monn and Rhoda Dehart Galbraith; and her sister Judy Stum. She is survived by: her husband Jay R. Slaybaugh; her children, Ray Slaybaugh of Osborn, ME, Lisa Beltz of Chambersburg and Jenny Schwartz (Trevor) of Chambersburg; and her grandchildren, Grace Slaybaugh, Dustin Beltz, Jaimie Cooper and Trista Schwartz.
