Garner, Jr.; her daughter Andrea Starliper (Derek) of Greencastle; her granddaughters, Kenley and Kennedy; her sisters, Ann Ross (Bob) of Shippensburg and Linda Newell (David) of St. Thomas; and her niece Jen Emmons.
