She is survived by: her husband John Butts; her children, Saundra, Zeigler, Janice Cooper, Michael, Michelle and Sheeley; her grandchildren, Richard, Alloway II, Tara, Barnhart-Dunkle, Matthew Cooper, Evan, Janay and Gagliardo; her great grandchildren, Nicholas Shindledecker and Everett Butts; and her sisters, Lorraine Rife and Betty Stumbaugh. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
