He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned R. Kelso (Nancy) and Margaret L. Kelso; and his daughters, Cheyenne Kelso of Chambersburg and Calista Kelso of Pittsburgh. He is survived by: his wife Monica J. Kelso; his grandson Elijah Kelso of State College; his niece Kiara Adams; his nephews, Cedric Adams and Tyler George; and his siblings, Tony Schaffer (Becky) of Leesburg, VA, Laurie Beltz (Scott) of Orrstown, Beth A Eby (Steve) of Carlisle and Stacy Shields (Mike) of Chambersburg.
