With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred H. Kramer of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Greencastle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 30, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Keller and Mary Elizabeth Hawbaker (Niswander); her husband Richard O. Kramer; and her brothers, David Martin Hawbaker, Harold Eugene Hawbaker, Wilbur Niswander Hawbaker and Joseph Kenneth Hawbaker.

She is survived by: her daughter Marianne E. Kennedy (Gary); and her brother John Henry Hawbaker. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
