He was predeceased by: his wife Shelby Johnson (Woodward); his parents, Bruce Johnson and Mary Johnson (DeShong); his son Douglas Arnold Johnson; his brother Wayne; his wife Wanida; his sister Betty Wenger; his brother-in-law Leroy; and his siblings, Guy and Beaty Brown.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane Johnson Marshall (Blair); and his grandson Noah D. Marshall of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
