She is survived by: her son Michael Smith (Rosemary); her grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Tanya Chmilewski (Jason), Jamie Baumgardner (Dane) and Amanda Smith; her great grandchildren, Sabella Smith, Cameron Wherley, Brooklyn Hodges, Simon Smith, Addilyn Hodges, Gavin Chmilewski and Harper Baumgardner; and her brother Alan Jay.
