It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois Jean Scott of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 20, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil E. Byers and Ada Ruth Umbaugh Byers; and her husband Donald J. "Jim" Scott. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Stinger and Gary Stinger; her grandchildren, Amy Osbaugh, Michael Stinger, Jr. and Cody Stinger; her brother Robert J. Byers; her niece Robin Byers Volpe; and her nephew Robert C. Byers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cornerstone Church of Christ.
