He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Quivers and Grace Ann Starks Quivers; his wife Demaris Miller Quivers; and his daughters, Frances Quivers, Kendra Dee Quivers and Lazetta Ann Quivers.

He is survived by: his daughter Katrina Quivers; and his grandsons, Craig Quivers, Kenneth Quivers and Reginal Webb, Jr..
