Barlow (Chambersburg, Pennsylvania), born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ted W. Barlow; and her parents, Oscar Friberg and Norma Friberg (Carlson). She is survived by: her children, Bill (Inger) of Oberlin, Ohio, Steve of Torrington, Wayne (Christine) of Fairlee, Vt., Greta Passeri (Doug) of Pine Plains, N. Y. and Nancy of Vernon; her grandchildren, Anna (William), Kristen, Ryan (Alex), Samantha (Bismark), Kaitlyn (Danny) and Tanner; her great grandchildren, Will, Oliver, Lena and Theo; and her sisters, Libby of Virginia and Greta of Colorado. She is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to FISH, 332 S. Main St., or the Operation Overflow homeless shelter, c/o Trinity Episcopal Church, 220 Prospect St., both in Torrington.
