We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2023, at the age of 88, Julia Hockenberry (Chambersburg, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward W. Seibert and Nellie V. Seibert (Fleagle); her husband Richard D. Hockenberry; and her siblings, Edward "Sonny" Seibert, Janet McAllen and Richard "Dick" Seibert.

She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Orth (Larry) of Chambersburg, Janet Gardner (Paul) of Chambersburg and Betty Herr (Barry) of Newville, PA; her grandchildren, Matthew Orth, Benjamin Orth (Rynn), Natalie Anderson (Eric), Jennifer Spencer (Spring), Ashley Wenger (Jordan) and Erin Herr; her great grandchildren, Micah, Chloe, Mia, Bryce, Madison, Griffin, Trajan, Addison, Ava, Ian, Taryn, Lucy, Brayden, Ember, Piper and Teagan; and her siblings, Donald Seibert of Fannettsburg, PA and Charlotte Iser of Shippensburg, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
