It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Van Horn of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Bedford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 1, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Horn and Lillie Ritchey Van Horn; and his sister Grace Truax. He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Piper Van Horn; his daughters, Maraschina Cordell of Falling Waters, WV and Trina Lehman (Gary) of Chambersburg; and his sister Ruth Hale of McConnellsburg. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
