He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Stambaugh and N. Grayce Eberly Stambaugh. He is survived by: his children, Lori Hepfer (John) of Orrstown, PA and Adam Stambaugh (Brianna) of Chambersburg, PA; his granddaughter Kaylyn Hepfer; and his great grandchild Jensen Rine.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to the New Franklin Volunteer Fire Company, 3444 Wayne Rd., Chambersburg, PA 17202.
