It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Peter Illo of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on May 21, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Illo and Helen Allison Illo; and his wife Janice L. Dunton Illo. He is survived by: his children, Camille Armantrout of Pittsboro, NC, John Illo, Robert Illo, Michael Illo, James Illo of Millford, MA and Joseph Illo of San Francisco, CA. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
