It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet R. Eshleman (Chambersburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 1, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Janet has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther K. Rotz, Sr. and Helen McCleary Rotz; her husband Nathan S. Eshleman; and her brother David M. Rotz. She is survived by: her daughter Erin E. Blaine (Jeffrey) of Mechanicsburg; her grandsons, Jared Nathan of Mechanicsburg and Aidan Samuel Blaine of Mechanicsburg; her brother Luther K. Rotz, Jr. (Delores); and her sister-in-law Gwenda Rotz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Chambersburg Church of the Brethren (260 S 4th St, Chambersburg, PA 17201). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
