He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Woodard and Florence Woodard. He is survived by: his wife Donna Woodard (Goddard); his son Todd-Michael; his daughter-in-law Ellen Woodard; his grandsons, Joseph and Robert of Valdosta, GA; his daughter Trista-Marie (Woodard); his son-in-law Craig Goguen; his grandsons, Ben and Brady of Nashville, TN; his brother George; and his sister-in-law Ruth Ann Woodard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and Donna's siblings, children, and grandchildren.
