He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence A. Cline and Evelyn Cline (Pittinger); and his sisters, Leona Bumbaugh and Eloise Slack. He is survived by: his spouse Jean C. Cline (Kipe); his children, Wanda Jean Davis (William) of Montpelier, VA and Michael Howard; his grandsons, Jeffrey Davis of Newport News, VA and Joseph Davis of Blacksburg, VA; and his brother Richard Cline of Fountaindale, PA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
