With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harmon Hawbaker of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, born in Franklin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 12, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Martin and Catharine Myers Hawbaker; his children, Denise Kay Hawbaker and Rodney Ray Hawbaker; and his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Mellinger and Elaine Horst.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Meyers Hawbaker; his children, Michael Allen Hawbaker (Michele) of Shade Gap, PA, Melanie Sue Lee (Robert) of Belgrade, MT and Wanda Jean Works (Douglas) of Mechanicsburg, PA; his daughter-in-law Karen Yoder (Daryl) of Chambersburg, PA; his siblings, Rodger Hawbaker (Beverly), Dwight Hawbaker (Shirley), Louise Wenger (Raymond) and Wayne Hawbaker (Miriam); and his brother-in-law Sam Horst (Lucille).
