He is survived by: his wife Karen Stine; his children, Stacey Stine, Amber Stine, Jennifer Mellema and Joshua Reese; his grandchildren, Chloe, Brayden, Aidon, Eddie, Aubree and Jordan; his mother Linda Kauffman; and his brothers, Edwin Stine, Terry Stine and Troy Stine.
