It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Diehl (Chambersburg, Pennsylvania), born in Broad Top, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 7, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert B. Diehl and Margaret O. Diggins Diehl; his wife Marilyn L. Diehl (Jones); and his siblings, Hazel, Maude Ann, Guy, Charles and Willard.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Foltz (Ed) of Chambersburg and Holly Pefley of Chambersburg; his grandchildren, Tara Foltz of St. Petersburg, FL and Jason Foltz (Nina) of Greenville, NC; his great grandchildren, Clara, Macy Foltz, Preston Piver and Drew Foltz; and his siblings, Walter Diehl of Mechanicsburg, Donald Diehl of York, Ronald Diehl and Mary Gail Witmer of Dover.
