He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph A. Frame, Sr. and Thelma Humphreys Frame; his siblings, Ralph, JoAnn Kittinger and Marilyn Stotts; and his brother-in-law Calvin Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Loretta Palmer; his son Sean; his daughter-in-law Michelle; his grandson Mason of Allentown, PA; his brother Bruce (Ruth) of Charleston, WV; and his siblings-in-law, Bruce Palmer (Pat) of Salisbury, MD and Barbara Koontz of Salisbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
