She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel G. Adkins; and her siblings, Fae Toms, Nelson Clever (Tom), Paul D. Clever Jr., Ellis R. Clever, Ned J. Clever and Harold Clever.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Deihl of Enola, Zee Zee Ehrhart of Fayetteville, Dennis Francisco of Mooresville, NC and Samuel G. Adkins II of Mercersburg; and her grandchildren, Hannah, Grady, Hilary Ehrhart, Samuel, Van, Hunter and Abigail Adkins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
