It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn N. Stevens of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifton A. Foster and Mildred M. Winters Foster; her husband Carl H. Stevens; and her siblings, Doris M. Kogo and W. P. "Jim" Foster.
She is survived by: her children, Michael V. Stevens (Susie) of Greencastle and Carla S. Horn (Timothy) of Chambersburg; her grandchildren, Crystal Long (Andy) of Summer Hill, Andrew Stevens (Laura) of Greencastle, Courtney Dowding (Jason) of Chambersburg, Krista Anderson (Patrick) of Needmore, Elise Slaughter (Will) of Catawissa and Erica Dailey (Ryan) of Chambersburg; and her son Rev. Murray B. Stevens (Connie) of Mercersburg. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Cemetery.
