He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery C. Etter, Sr. and Anna B. Etter (Guthrie). He is survived by: his wife Vada E. Etter (Elliott); his children, Emery C. Etter, III (Lisa) of Chambersburg, Elizabeth Yates (Garner) of Hague, VA, Linda Aldene Etter of State College, PA, Frank L. Etter (Melissa) of Chambersburg, Nathan P. Etter of Harrisburg, PA, Judith A. Etter of Gettysburg, PA, Matthew P. Etter (Karen) of Spring Grove, PA, Kathleen F. Griffin (Paul) of Lithia, FL, Grant J. Etter (Joanna) of Lutherville, MD, Roselynn V. Mellott of Chambersburg and Georgia D. Etter of Chambersburg; and his siblings-in-law, Florence Elliott of Redlands, CA and Perry Elliott (Anita) of Vancouver, WA. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

“Mrs Etter and family, Words are not enough to express my deep sympathy for the loss of Emery. He was such a joy to know. He was so kind. His word was his bond and he was an honest and straight forward businessman. Christy and I throughly enjoyed the tour of your Pennsylvania operation he gave us in 2020.
