He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer R. McCullough and Joann R. Price McCullough. He is survived by: his son Daniel E. McCullough; and his siblings, Joan P. Bell, Kathy Johnson (Clifford) and Vincent E. McCullough (Tammy). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
