She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul John Stenger and Betty Jane Stenger (Shank); her sisters, Karen L. Brewer of Waynesboro and Elizabeth "Libby" A. Mayes of Houston, TX; and her granddaughter Dorothy Fox of Hagerstown.
She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Lynn Pierre of Chambersburg; her grandchildren, Shawn D. Kline of Hagerstown, Crystal V. McCann of Chambersburg, Samuel T. Smith of Chambersburg and Victoria Pierre of Pikesville; her brother James F. Stenger of Waynesboro; her niece Vanessa J. Miller; and her nephew-in-law Joseph P. Miller of Newville. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
