He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Brady, Helen Carbaugh, Nathan and Geraldine Myers. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis W. Carbaugh and Debra Myers Carbaugh; his wife Heather Shaffer Carbaugh; his stepdaughter Amayah Roberts; his sister DaLea Carbaugh of Greencastle, PA; and his nephew Taylor Nelson of Greencastle, PA. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
