He was predeceased by: his father Preston M. Frey; and his brother-in-law Paul Slabach. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine M. Frey (Eby); and his siblings, Glenda K. Small (Rodney) of Chambersburg, Lavonda M. Patterson (Clark) of Fayetteville, Dean E. Frey (Ruth Ann) of Chambersburg, Regina S. Brubaker (Myron) of Mt. Crawford, VA., Charlene M. Frey (Larry) of Chambersburg and Lynn E. Frey (Hope) of Chambersburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
