She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Kellam and Edna "Ruby" Brown Kellam; her son Glenn E. Van Sickle; and her sisters, Lois Zeigler, Louise Howe and Letha McCurdy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Golden of Chambersburg, PA and Janet Lewis (Gordon) of Summerfield, FL; her sister Mildred Stevens of Moscow, PA; and her daughter-in-law Carol Van Sickle of Paducah, KY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
