She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Sanders and Shirley O'Brien Sanders; her husband Craig Eugene Schaffer; and her son Steven C. Schaffer. She is survived by: her daughter Amy L. Fetterhoff (Rusty) of Chambersburg; her grandchildren, Bradyn, Abrielle and Emrie Fetterhoff; her siblings, Dennis Sanders of Myrtle Beach, SC and Dawn Imes of St. Thomas; her half-brother Richard Sanders (Kelly) of St. Thomas; her stepsisters, Cathy Zeger (Paul) of St. Thomas and Faith Sharpe (Bruce) of Elmira, NY; and her stepmother Patsy Sanders of St. Thomas.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church (320 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
