She was predeceased by: her parents, William F. Reath and Ruth Reath (Witter); her former husband Harold Lloyd Armstrong, Sr.; her husband Herbert D. Rife; and her siblings, Robert C. Reath, Louise M. Short, Helen E. Martin and James C. Reath.
She is survived by: her sons, Harold L. Armstrong, Jr. (Penny) of Camp Hill and Tim W. Armstrong (Lisa) of Mechanicsburg; her stepchildren, Bruce Rife (Angie) of Fayetteville and Marcia Whitmore (James) of Chambersburg; and her grandchildren, Madison Armstrong of Mechanicsburg, Drew Rife of Fayetteville, Jeremy and Jessica Whitmore of Chambersburg.
