He was predeceased by: his parents, William Flythe and Sara M. Flythe-Lewis (Colbert); his brothers, Michael Flythe and Gary Flythe; his niece Sabrina Burnett; and his nephew Jose Flythe.
He is survived by: his stepfather Joshua Lewis; his wife Judith L. Flythe (Purvis); his children, Tiffany Beachem (Troy Jackson), Julian Flythe (Jennifer) and Vanity Bunting (Matt); his grandchildren, Malik, Zion, Aalyiah, Giovanni, Nolan, Easton, Justyce and Jayda; and his siblings, Roy Flythe, Milton Smothers and Margret Burnett.
