She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Russell Schellhase and D. Lauretta Schellhase (Pheil); her husband C. Richard Otenberger (Dick); and her siblings, Glen Schellhase, James Schellhase (Jim), Retha Goetz and Vivian Newman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Mollett (Terry) of Fayetteville and Kelly Crider (Mark) of Fayetteville; her granddaughter Nicole Brookens (Andy) of Chambersburg, PA; and her daughters, Amber Myers (Erick) of Fayetteville, PA, Emilee Henry (David) of Chambersburg, PA and Morgan Chamberlin (Hunter) of Shippensburg, PA..
