He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Neill (Henicle) and Wilson Neill. He is survived by: his wife Susan Neill (Beaver); his children, Autumn (Neill) Bauserman (Paul) and Jesse Neill of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.; his grandchildren, Summer (Neill), Delgadeo (Wilbel), Kylie Inners, Matthew Neill and Payton Bauserman; and his great grandchildren, Honesty and K'syn.
