He was predeceased by: his father William Henry Biddinger. He is survived by: his mother Ruby Jane Biddinger (Crouse) of Thurmont, MD; his wife Marsha S. Biddinger (Weir); his daughters, Casie S. Neil of Mercersburg, PA, Katey E. Potter of Hagerstown, MD, Tiffanie E. Eby of Mercersburg and Ashley N. Biddinger of Chambersburg; his grandchildren, Evan, Mason, Bailey, Drake, Myla, Bella and Bentley; and his siblings, Ed Biddinger of Shippensburg, PA and Anna Dingle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
