He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David J. Reed II and Catherine Gilbert Carbaugh; his wife Cheryl Riley Reed; his daughters, Yonnie Slimmer (Chad) of Chambersburg, PA and Shannon Reed of Bridgeport, WV; his granddaughters, Abby and Issie Slimmer; and his siblings, Princess Jean Mong (Bob), James Carbaugh, Jr. (Deb) and Penny Thomas.
