He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul H. Martin and Dorothy B. Martin (Brandt). He is survived by: his wife Elaine H. Martin; his children, Timothy Martin, Todd Martin and Lora Martin; his grandchildren, Jason Martin, David Martin, Shawn Martin and Brandon Watkins; his great grandchildren, Ashlin Yates, Justin Martin, Kristin Martin, Brehann Dash, Elizabeth Martin and Jilaina Martin; his siblings, Faye Cramer and Cleone Hawkesworth; and also, Marvin Martin, Wayne Martin and Joyce Lindner.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Mount Olivet United Brethren Church (8204 Fort McCord Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dale's name may be made to Mount Olivet United Brethren Church.
