He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Furman Scott and Anna Katherine Alexander Scott; his siblings, Ralph W. Scott, Harold C. Scott, William M. Scott, Ivan Scott and Joyce S. Jones; and his daughter Sonja J. Kenderdine.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy L. Stevens Scott; and his children, Sharon Funk (Rick) of Mt. Joy, Clyde A. Scott, Jr. (Krista) of Burnt Cabins, Kerry D. Helfrick of Chambersburg and Kenneth D. Helfrick of Chambersburg. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
