It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Meminger of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 10, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Meminger, Sr. and Ethel Meminger (Brookens); his wife Carol A. Meminger (Vanderau); and his brother Theodore "Ted" Meminger. He is survived by: his daughters, Christy L. Wagaman (Dennis) of Chambersburg and Suzanne Upperman (Charlie) of St. Thomas; and his grandchildren, Jessica and Zachary Courtney. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
