He was predeceased by: his parents, Velva Elizabeth (Oberholser) and Harvey Jacob Zook; and his sister Grace Barnick (Ronald). He is survived by: his wife Eunice Irene Deardorff; his children, Avery II (Pam) of Doylestown and Susan Felix (Bob) of Dillsburg; his grandchildren, Derek Zook, Kara Alexandra, Molly Zook and Neil Zook; and his brothers, Harvey (Carol) and Wayne (Beverly). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
