She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Allen and Ora Elega Kipps (Bowers); and her husband Robert H. Shifler. She is survived by: her sons, R. Victor Shifler (Barbara) of Lititz, PA and Jeffrey L. Shifler (Kimberly) of Middletown, PA; and her grandchildren, Nikki Shaffer (Dave), Kris Shifler (Jenny), Chad Shifler, Becky Detweiler (Dirk), Courtney Richie (Dave), Katie Lewis (Adam) and Kara Bowers (Donnie). She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
