She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Reath and Stella Horn Reath; and her husband John N. Collins. She is survived by: her daughters, Phyllis Smith of Chambersburg and Jean Pilgrim (Steve) of Chambersburg; and her grandchildren, Gregory Pilgrim of Baltimore, MD and Kathryn Pilgrim of Dunkirk, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
