He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lowe and Betty Lowe (Leonard); and his sister Carol Desmond (Larry). He is survived by: his stepmother Dorothy Lowe; his wife Mary L. Lowe (Shartzer); his daughter Tina Marie Pavlik of Uniontown; and his stepchildren, Douglas Dennis Imperial (Judy), Todd Dennis Newell (Amy) and Robin D. Boob of Cresson. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
