She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fasy and Mary Fasy; and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her brother Prozzillo; her child Ashely Kearsley; her granddaughter Chloe; her sister-in-law Angelina Prozzillo; and her aunt Marie Caperelli.

In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to the St. Joseph Villa, Sisters of St. Joseph, Development Office, 9701 Germantown Ave., Phila, PA 19118.
