He was predeceased by: his wife Judith Rutherford (Powell); his father Chester Rutherford; and his sister Beverly Arnold. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Worrell (Willie) of Warrington, James Rutherford (Teresa) of Springtown, Michelle Knechel (Larry) of Pennsburg, Joseph Rutherford (Jenn) of Richlandtown and Robert Rutherford of Solebury; his brother Gerald Rutherford (Barbara); and his stepchildren, David Pomeroy (Michelle) of Chalfont, Randy Pomeroy (Tina) of East Norriton and Ruth Bukta (Laszlo) of Coopersburg. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
