She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel G. Cassel and Ida I. Cassel; her spouse Dothard M. Slack; her siblings, Stanley Cassel, York Cassel and Eileen Arnold; and her siblings-in-law, Theresa Cassel, Irene Cassel and Keith Arnold.
She is survived by: her son D. Keith Slack; her brother Samuel H. Cassel; her sister-in-law Sue Cassel; her grandchildren, Brian Slack, Heather Kline (Tom), Karl Kapps (Jess) and Mark Kapps; and her great grandchildren, Sage, Arden Kline, Elliot, Glory and Oliver Kapps.
