She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Heath and Mary Ettenger Heath; her brother Harry Robert Heath; and her daughter-in-law Carmen Carhart. She is survived by: her husband Stephen Dickey; her children, Kathleen Carhart (Doug Kiser), James Carhart (Mary Ann Kostura), Thomas Carhart (Janine) and David Carhart; her grandchildren, Nathan Kiser, Danielle Rosas (Jaime), Sean Carhart, Kelly Carhart, Dean Carhart and Cole Carhart; her great grandchildren, Noah and Zachary Rosas; and her sister Holly Ashmore (Paul).
