He is survived by: his wife Ingrid; and his sons, Henrik (Lenore) of Hingham, MA, Thomas of Palm Coast, FL and Morten (Carolin) of Bethlehem, PA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
