He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth M. Kehlor Loughran "Bette"; his grandson Liam Loughran; his parents, Joseph Loughran and Helen Gilligan Loughran; and his children, Kevin Loughran (Donna) of Souderton, Loretta Loughran of Chalfont, John Loughran (Holly) of North Wales, Michael Loughran (Jim Leach) of Doylestown, Mary Beth Tramo (Paul) of Chalfont and Joseph Loughran (Micki) of Chalfont. He was also cherished by his 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
